friggin awesome!

i have tried out the APEX hard sear, and found it a disappointment relative to the factory sear. It was with some hesitation that I tried out the RAM, but for $22...I figured that it was worth the risk.

install was simple after watching the youtube video.

i was not expecting much...pulled the trigger, racked the slide, and slowly let go of the trigger..."CLICK" (trigger resetting).

awesome! for those of you that migrated from the Glock family like me, this is what I needed to solidify my transition to the M&P platform: Great ergonomics, a clean trigger break, and a distinct tactile and audible reset.

one note however, it does feel as if the trigger pull seems a touch heavier with the RAM installed. not enough to make a difference, but noticable,

i just bought 2 more to install in my M&P9 Pro, and M&P9c. i think that the RAM in the Pro (4.5# factory trigger pull) might just be the cat's meow.

anyways, this is my first post giving feedback on a particular product. take it for what it's worth, but I think that all of you m&p fans should give it a try.

for the record: i am not related to APEX in any way shape or form. i bought my RAMs like everyone else: full retail via their online store.

best regards.

btw - i think i mucked up my frame a little bit pulling out the sear block. definitely go easy on it.

I first installed a DCAEK into a friends M&P .45 and it made a noticeable improvement in the trigger. While the take up increased the trigger broke clean and sharp instead of soft and mushy. Further the reset while still soft was much shorter.

Having recently installed a RAM in a M&P 9c the reset was much more audible and feeling of the reset much more tactile.

I give Apex Tactical
