Looking for pros/cons of the Streamlight Strion...
Thanks |
|
Streamlight makes good products but for a carry light I would look at something else. The new Protac 1L and 2L that are coming out look very impressive for $50 lights. Actually LA Police Gear might already have them.
I used to be a Surefire guy, but Streamlights are a lot of light for less money. Surefire makes great products, I'm sure all of mine will last a lifetime, but they're proud of their candlesticks. |

Thanks for the replys. I'm looking for a carry light that is rechargable, has momentary on/off, and has the strobe feature. Thats why I was looking at the Strion. Are there any other lights that have all these qualities? You might want to look at light that use rechargable 123 batteries or the 18650 batteries. You will find a lot more selection of lights unless you just have to have a "recharge in a cradle" like the Strion. Gringop |
