When I got my first Kadet, I originally fitted it specially for my CZ75 SAO. It has been exemplary in both accuracy and reliability. A few months ago though, I picked up a 75 Compact and an SP-01. It works on the SP-01 alright, but the reliability doesn't seem to be the same as when it's mounted on the 75 SAO. And on the Compact, the reliability is not there at all. There's something about the mounting on the Compact though that seems kind of screwed up.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to really try to figure it out, and I'm in Korea now away from my guns.

I'm sure I'll figure it out when I go back, but anyone else have this issue?

So far so good on switching the Kadet kit out on the different platforms.  I'm still kind of breaking it in.  Only shooting mini mags.  A little more umpf is probally helping the cycling.  I'll see once I start using bulk Federal.

although i have several other CZ75s in the various flavors, i havent used my conversion on them all.  Ive only used it on my 85.  however, i may try one of these days.  im sort of hesitant to try and fit it to all of my CZs since i notice it fits tighter on some and looser on others.  in addition, some are too tight to and im not willing to make the kit fit all since i think it will affect accuracry in the long run.

I've had mine on my old SP-01, a Minked stainless
75 SAO conversion, and my Angus '75B.

I had no problems getting it to actually fit on any of the guns (it was tightest on the Angus build) but reliability has been so-so on everything but the stainless (which is what Matt originally fit and tuned it for).  Feeding/Ejection isn't a problem..... but light primer strikes are.  On the Angus gun, it would sometimes take 4-5 strikes to light off the round.  SP-01 was slightly better, but not nearly reliable enough to get any usage out of.  I chalk it up to both the Angus gun and the SP-01 (also Mink'd) having ultra light triggers, and the associated light springs not providing enough umph on the firing pin.  Ironically, all of these guns have been nearly (if not) 100% with all 9mm ammo.

Are these stock guns?

My 75 SAO is stock. The SP-01 and 75 Compact both have Mink tuned triggers. I fit the Kadet to the 75 SAO myself, and reliability is great with it. But same issue as you have, especially on the Compact, I get light strikes and it frequently doesn't fire the round.

This will sound really odd, but I remember mainly having the problem on the first two rounds out of the mag. Once I got past thoughs, the problems seemed to ease up. It wasn't a 100% pattern, but it happened enough to easily notice the trend.
