I just had to let everyone know about my experience this morning with my email to Kimber about my slide lock.

I was having an occasional issue with the slide locking back with 3 different types of mage. I thought of just filing down the slide release but I figured I'd email Kimber about it.

Within 5 minutes I got a reply from Dennis telling me to send my address and he'll get one in the mail to me today.

Now that's what I call Customer Service!

Very happy I bought a Kimber, props to Kimber!

Agreed.

I sent them the slide from my Kimber to have night sights put on. They got the slide installed the sights, and shipped it back on the same day! Thats good service!

I've talked with Dennis on the phone a couple of times. Was a really nice guy, and had the front sight replaced on my first TLE same day as well.
