I have not shot the springfield, but I have a Kimber Pro Carry SLE, which is the same as the HD. The gun is awesome, I couldn't imagine it being better. It is box stock but accurate as all get out, trigger became awesome at about 3 or 400 rounds. Has always shot right to point of aim. Plus it is made right here in the good ol' USA. I can't vouch for the Springfield, but if you go with the Kimber you will not be sorry. And it is not just me, I have converted three people to Kimbers after they tried this gun. Here is a picture of it: I have a Custom Eclipse as well, but I still tend to go to the SLE more often. |
