have had mine for almost a year now, ran like a champ with an EE, then i began to have problems with it. i sent i back to kimber and just got it back today with a new slide with internal extractor. the gun is magnificant, and the service they provide is even better!!!!! |

I've had my Pro Carry II for 2 years now and have fired 1800 rnds thru it so far. The only malfunctions I had with it were due to magazines. I now use only Wilson 47D mags and have had no more problems. Mine has an internal extractor. It's my only carry gun at this time. 100% reliable out of the box. I replaced the MIM parts in mine with Ed Brown and Wilson parts. I had NO problems with the Kimber MIM parts, just feel better without the MIM parts in my carry piece. It's far more accurate than I am. I am totally happy with mine!!! A 45 may not expand but it will never be smaller than .45!!
