Might be picking up a USP45 next week, was looking into the different types of triggers that HK offers. Without a SAO option, I assume the closest I would come would be a LEM conversion. How does an LEM pull compare to a Glock? ( which is the closest thing that I have shot that would compare...)

Also....I'm left-handed, so I would like to put the safety on the right side of the frame...is it just a matter of swapping arms, or would I have to swap complete assemblies?

Thanks, Boo

The USP can be converted to SAO with a simple control lever swap.
To me the LEM is between a Kahr and a Glock. A little longer but smoother pull than a Glock with a slightly longer reset.

Would you be able to steer me towards a link, or explain how?

i kinda like the P2K over the older USPs myself...

the LEM trigger can be improved w/ the changing of some springs

JMHO, don't change the trigger return spring.  The lighter trs makes the trigger feel mushy.

How hard is it to find the required parts for the swap?

There is no SAO available in the USP/C lineup; you are incorrect.  There is the DAO V5,6,7,8 (8 not imported) but there is no SAO.  V1,2,3,4,9, and 10 all are SA/DA.  One and 2 are Safe/decock, 3 and 4 are decock only, and 9 and 10 are safe only, but all of them are SA/DA.

Even the LEM is not SAO, it can be a very light DAO that is as light as many SA pulls but it is still a DAO trigger system.
