I have all 9mm Glocks and they all point naturally for me. I have flirted with the idea of a full size large frame G21/G20. Problem is the large frames seem to big for my short fingers but the SF series seemed like it would point low. Any advice?

The small dimensional difference between the SF and non-SF models is more substantial than it would seem on paper.

My wife, who has tiny hands, can shoot the G21SF as well as any other gun.  She couldn't get the old G21 or G20 to settle down at all.

I don't point guns. I aim them.

Why would the SF "seem like it would point low?"  I've found that none of my Glocks, and I have both large and small frame, point themselves.  They always leave it up to me to do the pointing and shooting.

When I say pointability I am referring to when I close my eyes and level the gun to take aim, the sights on a glock 17 are level. An SF model, the front sight hangs low for me, almost like a 1911 does.

Most people don't have time to "aim" in a SD situ, so you are absolutely right. It is pointing. You need to know how to point and shoot and be able to hit COM at 5-15 ft without thinking of sights..

I have large mitts and three gen3 9mm Glocks. I used to have a model 30, but I
sold it as it just never fit my hand. It was like trying to shoot a 2X4.
When the G21 SF came out, it looked good, but i didn`t try one out til the gen4s
came out. Got one, and the difference between gen4 and the pre SF model
is big. It fits me, I can shoot it well, either aiming or pointing it for close shooting.
In a bad situation, I fully intend to use my sights if I have time. If not, point and go.

That new G21 is rapidly becoming my favorite.

Both eyes open at 15 feet...

If you can point your index finger. you can point a pistol for easy center of mass hits at 15 feet
Practice with a paper plate ....both eyes open....

Practice trigger reset on the Glock for better groups,,,also allows for faster follow up shots

G20sf (I don't have a 9mm glock) seems to have same pointability as other (non-glock) pistols I have.  I shoot it more, so I probably point it faster.

I can shoot fine. I shoot a lot of IDPA with my glock 17 and I use to shoot my Hi Power and my Colt Mk IV. The Glock 17 just points more naturally on target then the 1911 style grip angle.

and I much prefer a Glock trigger
