Anyone here use a Lvl 2 for IWB? Need something with a "seconday" retention system, ie not just friction. Using a DeSantis leather one, but was looking at something more like a COMP-Tac type.

I have never heard of anyone using a Level 2 for IWB duty.  The release mechanism on all the holsters I can thing of will either be pressed into your skin or inaccessible all together.  Any reason that would justify this?

Work guidelines. Not locked into it but it's what they prefer. Just seeing whats out there.

I don't know if anyone makes one but the idea "could" work if you had the snap facing out and hit it with your thumb going in then wrapped around for a full grip. Would take a bit of getting used to and would probably print like hell but it's possible.  Maybe I'll make one next week to try out the concept.

Interesting for IWB.  I guess there are a few options which aren't custom.
Might be feasable

Other than that one just above me I've only ever seen leather thumbreak style, of which Bianchi offers one or two. They work fine, but they do add more bulk than you'd think by wrapping the back of the slide.
