Is it possible to build a longslide Para 14/45 (6+ inches) and then put a compensator on that for a really long sight radius?

Why do you need a long sight radius? If accuracy is your goal, simply put a red dot scope on it, IMO.

Member Bishop used the top end from a Hardballer Longslide (7" barrel) on a double stack lower, he had pics here a few years ago.
