Can someone fill me in on whicht states Hi-Cap mags are restricted?

Best bet is to find a dealer and then look at the restrictions.
States I know of include California, Maryland, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. I'm guessing there are more, but you can check w/dealers and Hometown forums.

NJ's ban is 15rounds. i think marylands is 20?

IIRC, Hawaii is 10 round only.

No restrictions in West Virginia!
Maryland is 20 California is 10 New York i believe is limited also but not sure to what extent

Contrary to what you might hear, Illinois does not have a capacity ban except for Cook County and a few very small towns and even then some Cook County towns are homeruled and the ban does not apply there either.

NY can have unlimited cap pre bans post ban only 10.too bad as I really like some guns that came out after the ban but would not bother getting them if all I could have is 10 rounders
