Does Wilson Combat put their base plates on Metal form magazines? I was sold two magazines on the EE described as Wilson Combat 1911 9mm. When I went to take the baseplate off to clean them (because they didn't work) I noticed the Metal form logo. Is this normal?  Thanks for your help in advance.

No, they don't.  Sounds like you got some Metalform mags with Wilson base pads.  Are your witness holes round holes in a straight line?  Just curious.

This doesn't sound Kosher.
I have never seen a Wilson mag that was made by Metalform... If they were at some point in the past, it would be news to me.

I bet an email to Wilson with a few photos of the mags in question would get you a clear and direct answer.
