I just received my blue label 4th gen Glock 19 (it took 5 months though).  This is my first Glock (I'm a Sig and 1911 kind of guy), and I want to run it suppressed.  My 9mm can is threaded for M13.5x1LH and is out of production so I need a 13.5X1 LH barrel.  I've done some looking, but I can't find a 19 barrel that isn't 1/2-28 threaded.  Any recommendations as to whom makes a metric LH barrel?  Thanks.

SilencerCo makes a 13.5x1 LH version or try to get lucky and find a barrel from a factory threaded 19 which are also metric thread.

A seller on gunbroker had an action for over 20+ factory g19 threaded barrels and I purchased one last weekend. I was looking for a factory 17 threaded barrel today and noticed they have another 20+ listed... at $139, that price is hard to beat.

The GunBroker seller mentioned above currently has 25 threaded G19 barrels listed.

Kiesler's Police Supply sells new factory threaded barrels with OEM raised suppressor sights for $135. The purchase process is a little cumbersome but I (retired .mil) was able to purchase without issue. Their purchase requirements (listed on the page below) are similar to Glock's Blue Label requirements.

I've got a factory barrel in mine, but surefire offers metric threaded barrels too.

Thanks all for the info.  I hadn't even thought of GB.  I ended up buying one on there.  Thanks!

With the O-ring on metric threaded barrels, do you guys still experience blowback?

The O-ring has nothing to do with blow back.  It is for retention to help keep the suppressor from backing off .

Good thread idea... I'm trying to track down the same thing, for the same exact reasons.  LOL

I cannot find the Silencerco barrel anywhere but their site.  I wish they'd sell it with an SPEQ discount.  Too bad Kiesler is out of stock, that's a great deal with the sights.

Thanks for the GB tip!

Been looking there and other places for months with no luck.  Just purchased.

I just bought one of these.  It looks rough in the photos, but says new old stock. I'm hoping it looks new when I get it.  Has anyone received these yet from them?  If so how did it look?

I received mine and it looks new to me...

Now if I could just find a factory 17 threaded barrel at a good price...
