I decided that the Ammo was cheaper and it was more concealable.

You're right.
Send me your Colt for proper disposal and I'll send you a box of ammo.

I Love the Colt, besides I just buy guns never seem to sell any guns.  The Colt w/ the Crimson trace resides in the night stand by my bed Cocked and Locked.
I have a SW air weight that I carry now.

9mm I presume? Have you taken it to the range yet to see how she shoots? Have you thought about a holster yet? I have not seen many 4th gen sub compacts. Enjoy your new pistol.

I was a Glock hater for years. Didn't like the ergonomics. Then I broke down and tried one.
A Glock 17 9mm 3rd Gen. I fell in love with its simplicity and accuracy.
I've owned many through out the years. Traded or sold to buy other guns.
I now  have a Glock 21sf that is my home protection gun.
It has night sights and a light on it. I feel confident with its reliability.
DAMN FINE handgun.

Yes it's a 26, Only put a couple dozen rounds through it so far but I like it!

Two 556's, one 6.8, one 308, then BRD subsided, so I had to get a new pistol!
