Well I have had it for about 3 months now, 900 rounds through, and not a hiccup yet. I could not ask for a better carry gun. Thanks to my beautiful wife for such a great anniversary present!!

Get a bunch of recoil springs, replace them frequently! (IE: 900 rounds ish)

nice choice, that's next on my 1911 list. I have a Pro Raptor II and a Tactical Ultra II, both Kimbers have been 100% reliable. I carry the Tactical Ultra daily.
