Does anyone know what requirements need to be met to teach the CCW course in Florida?

I just got my permit from Florida, and they accept an Honorable Discharge as meeting the training requirements. You can give them a copy of the actual certificate, or a copy of your DD214, assuming you've been in the service.
  Their requirements are listed on their website, and if I can find the link I'll post it for ya.

Here ya go;

I guess this site doesn't make links, so just copy/paste it into your address bar and hit enter.

OOPS. I also didn't notice he said "to teach", so I gave info he already knows, and didn't ask for. :rolleyes:

I believe what you need is an NRA cert. and a K license from the state. Just off the top of my head.  Give me until the end of business today and i'll post exactly what you need to know.

ok here's the deal. In the state of FL you have two options. the NRA firearms instructor's license. That will allow you to teach CCW or thr hunter's safety class. the K license will allow you to teach CCW, D( unarmed)  & G(armed) security classes.
