I was just shown a revolver tonight that I know nothing about. It was a Reck Mod R18. Its a 30 carbine revolver with 6 shots, double/single action, and its pretty cool looking. He needs a few parts for it, but I can't find anything about this gun. If someone could help me out, that would be awesome. Bob |

+1. Reck usually made VERY inexpensive .22 single action revolvers, and .22 and .25 autos. They later converted over to mostly cheap "tear gas" automatics which are/were legal in Germany. Gun Parts carry a few parts, mostly for the .22 single action, but nothing in a .30 Carbine caliber: www.e-gunparts.com/model.asp?idDept=200 |
Well, they started out with gas guns, to carry a gas gun in Germany now, a "small" carry permit (kleiner Waffenschein) is needed. Reck also cashed in on the 4mm M20 deal)legal until 1974, I think) and lately on airsoft. While I'd take a German beer (Moravia Pils!) any time over a Bud, I'd stay clear of Reck and Roehm! |
