Hello,

I friend of mine had dissasembled his Taurus PT99. But during the process he lost a spring.

It is the spring above the trigger. I think it serves as a reset spring. Because when you shoot the pistol you have to push the trigger forward to fire another shot.

Does anyone know what this spring looks like? And where I can get one?

Thanks.

Send it back to Taurus. Their lifetime repair policy will fix it.

Looks like you could buy it for Numrich for about $2.25 USD.

I would call up Taurus and ask them for another spring.  You may have a the postage to something probably a couple of bucks or so.
