Picked up a CM9 at Cabela's last week. Was looking for a new CCW to replace my current summer gun a Kel-Tec P3AT.

Shot 200 rounds for break in. 50 rounds of federal 115 gr FMJ, 50 of Monach steel cases 115 FMJ, and 100 rounds of American Eagle 115 FMJ.
All rounds were fired from the 6 round mag that comes with the gun. I did not clean the gun prior to this, only wiped down some of the excess oil from packing.

Of the 200 rounds fired, I only had one Fail to Feed at round #136. (American Eagle brass 115 grain FMJ)

The gun is noticeably more pleasant to shoot than the little Keltec .380, and defiantly more accurate with it's nice white dot sights. The trigger pull is great. Very smooth.

I ran a few mags of the only hollow-point ammunition I could find (PMC Bronze, 115 gr JHP) and it functioned without a hiccup.

Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the little CM9 is currently residing in my pocket, as the kel tec has been cleaned and put in the safe.

I have a Little Foxx Hybrid Holster on the way and will do a short review/write up about my impressions in a few weeks.

Anyway just thought I'd share my experience with my CM9 thus far.

Picked up a cw9 7 rounder today for 24$ at a local sporting goods store that is going out of business. Noticed that the 7 rounder has failed to feed a couple times when racking the slide. No problems when using the slide release. Will have to do a little shooting with it and see how it performs.

I agree.  I also have a Keltec PF9 and it is a little snappy compared to the CM9

I think the ftf with the extended mag is caused by pulling back on the mag extension below the grip.  I am using a p9 mag in my cm9 as a reload and have had 2 ftf due the round "noise diving" into the feed ramp.  If you look at the angle of the round when pressure is put on the mag, you may see this.

Hi dano8. I have had/ carried one of these pistols since they first showed up in Dallas. I have/had several Kahrs and never had ANY problems with any of them. Except that all my friends wanted them. Like you discovered, they are extremely easy to shoot accurately and comfortable as well. I am working with a local pocket holster maker to make a shoot from holster model that fits my CM9 with a crimson trace lazer. If you are interested let me know and I'll see to it that you get one. His design does a great job of making the pistol's outline dissappear. This allows for front pocket carry, and the fastest, most natural carry position in my opinion. Feel free to im or email me if you have any questions.  44
