I bought myself something else to carry concealed today, a S&W M&P340. Im loving it so far! Its a lot more punch than my KelTec P-3AT and way lighter than my XD40 sub compact. Any recommendations on a good self defense load to carry?

When I carry mine down the street I use Speer Gold Dot 158 gr. When I go backpacking I tend to stack my rounds the first two being CCI shotsheel followed by three of the Speer. Hope it helps.
