Just got myself a P6, its my first Sig and it wont be my last. First I have to say the sights on it suck. They are terrible and would like to get some tritium sights like my Beretta has, and didnt know if you all new of a good aftermarket sights manufactor for it, or are all fixed sights the same? Second from what Ive seen Hogue doesnt make grips for the 225, didnt know if grips from another model would fit the gun?
For grip options, you may consider this from TGS Tom and his staff also have spare parts (springs and such) for the P6/P225. As for sights, TGS has standard options available as well as many aftermarket offerings. In 9mm the general sight height (size) is #8 front and #8 rear. If your POI is a little off, you can adjust it with an appropriately sized front or rear replacement. Mags are hard to come by, but TGS gets their hands on them from time to time, just keep in mind that they will not be cheap by any means.
I put the stock Sig sights from my 226 on my p6. It helped a lot with sight picture. I just need to get to the range and see how it affected the POI. Hogue DOES make grips for the 225. They make the Extreme Aluminum grips. I have a source for NIB 225 mags. I'll try to find the email address.
