I've got this pistol coming.  The pic is just of a representative pistol.  The actual pistol is brand new and will look like this one.  Should get my paws on it by the end of next week or first part of the following week.  I'll have it for my Vacation which starts the first week of November.  Any of you folks got one of these?  How do you like it?  Any issues with it?  Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the stainless version, picked it up in a trade from another member here.  I love it. It is my first 1911. I just feels right.  It is very accurate. Has a good trigger.  Now then.  I did have some fail to feed issues with it. So I took it to one of the local smiths. He polished the feed ramp and barrel throat and did some extractor tuning. And with some basic grip instruction ( turns out I was part of the FTF issue) I would break the wrist ever so slightly causing it to short stoke.  It has been a great piece,  It also did not care for PMC Bronze ammo.  It has eaten every thing else that I have fed it.  Mag Tech, Blazer Brass, Sellor and Bellot. Eagle ect ect.  I am running Winchester Bonded PDX1 for my defensive ammo and it eats that up too.  You may need to tweak it a little but once you get it dialed in look out

I like mine.

It was a bit finicky with locking the slide back on Wilson mags, but after I had it de-MIMed, it's been flawless.

I've also had a Harrison Custom rear sight fitted.

Have one, like it, came from the factory with an 8lb trigger, but at least it's crisp for a Springfield.

+1 on the Harrison rear sight.  I have one on mine too, as I don't like adjustables.   I've been using Tripp Cobra Mags in mine, and it has run 100% since day one.  Factory mags work fine as well.  The frontstrap checkering is a bit aggressive, but you get used to it.  I prefer the 25lpi that's on my Nighthawk

Picked it up Wednesday on the way to work.  Got home, put it in the safe.  Back to work 8 hours later.  Am working 24 straight....uuggg....then off 8, go back tomorrow at 1500 on Friday until Saturday morning 0700.  I'm thinking I'll get to shoot it Sunday.  Course just went out to my truck 0145 hours Friday and it's snowing.

I can't wait to hear how it works out for you.

I don't yet own one for myself, but it is on the list.

I need to get another rifle first though.
