Not my first XD, i own an standard XD .40 and XD .45ACP. I just got one too. This is my first .40 and my first XD. The wife wanted the Glock 19 I was using so I figured I would see what all the fuss was about. So far I am very impressed. I find I can get a second shot on target faster with the XDM then I could with the Glock 19 which surprised me. My only complaint is the need for a tool to swap the back strap but I guess you won't be changing it in the field so no big deal. |
i left mine as it came stock. haven't tried the others. BUT, i am awaiting to see what kind of aftermarket grips will come soon! |
