My boredom gets the best of me and grip tape wasn't cutting it anymore.

Life was simple then, humble beginnings.

Still wanted more so I decide to reduce the grip, more aggressive undercut trigger guard, rounded trigger housing. Reduced finger grips.

Didn't want to stipple....so I add texture

Reassembled, polished internals, Vicker slide release, Ghost ranger connector, Cerakote.

Looks pretty bad ass....

Not going to lie, I like it a lot.

Some of the stipple jobs on here impress me, but this is way beyond that. The grooves on the top are my favorite mod but the whole gun is just sweet.

I'm not one that has a cow everytime somebody goes non stock Glock.  I tweak everything I have, it just makes it more mine.  I think that looks great!  It's a step above the normal mods, that's for sure.

Looks great.  Probably the heaviest mods I've seen on a Gen 4 yet.

What did you use as a filler for the grip before you did the reduction?

what did you texture it with?

I would like to know what you textured the grip with also... I don't want all the secrets, just this one!

Thanks,

ETA: Great job on the slide milling.  That came out extremely well!

So..........you're really not going to give some tips on how you did it?

What do you have to lose by letting people know how you did it?

Kinda looks like the sprayon bedliner stuff.

I just like having some mystery. Its not spray on bedliner. I would never put that on a gun.

Fine how about SEM texture coating?  And how does the grip feel compared to grip tape?

Damn, you are right! I owe you a beer. Id compare it to a worn trip tape, it wont rip your hand up but provides excellent grip

Well it came out great.  One of the best grip reductions I have seen.

Time will tell, SEM makes good stuff. I used it on some fiberglass pieces I did for a car and it held up to being in the sun and cleaned regularly.
