After reading all the great posts on here I decided I could not live without an XD !!! Ended up going with the .40 S&W w/4 in. barrel, OD Green... Should be in early next week, I am stoked...Thanks all for the info...

I agree... you will not be disappointed... the only thing I woudl change about mine is that I shoulda bought one years ago when they were a bit cheaper... but after owning mine for a while I would pay twice the price for one... they are excellent pistols.
