Replace the factory mag springs with a new ones.

The factory springs go south quickly, and cause the nose of the bullet to take a dive (into the front of the mag) during recoil.

my P13 had similar problems.  I replaced the mag springs with Wolff +10%, and never had another hiccup with it until the extractor broke.   Replaced that with a Wilson Bulletproof, and it ran like a top for over 2.5K rounds.  (like an idiot, I traded it off a few months ago....right after I gave somebody here the advice to not ever sell a gun because you always wind up regretting it.  I miss that gun)

Wolf springs = www.gunsprings.com

Just a heads up, when installing the extra power springs, watch the angle of the top coil/follower.

If the follower is catching/forcing the slide hold open and causing the slide to lock with a round still in the mag, you will need to tweak the top coil down to lower the front edge of the follower.
