If it is in good shape, I would not let it go for anything less than $590-$600. I just purchased a new 226 last week for $715 that included shipping. Like one posted said above, unless you need to sell it, keep it. I have sold Sigs in the past and really regret doing this. Fortunately for me, I know who has them and I can get them back if I want, we have a "articles of agreement" in our circle of gun friends that the seller gets first right of refusal before a gun leaves the group 77 |
| With that date code, it's probably a transition pistol. German made parts but assembled in Exeter. Does it have Germany and Exeter on slide and frame? German Sigs can fluctuate quite a bit depending on location. Here lately I've been seeing W German 226s in excellent shape with original box and mags go for $600 tops on GB. I seen one that was a pre "mud rail" version with original yellow box and test target and original mags go for $625. Gun looked like it had never been fired. So take that for what it's worth |
