I just got this P226 and can't really find much information about it.. Other than it comes on 9mm (like this one) and 40cal, but on black color only.. Does anyone has a similar one???

Did you buy it new? I don't think it's factory. Looks good though.

I have a standard P226 non-rail in .357sig and I love it! It was my fathers duty weapon until TX DPS went with the 226 DAK. They're amazing pistols. Can't go wrong I like the color of that Sig you posted!

Looks like it was Gonkoted; looks nice. I've owned a Sig P226 in the past and is a very reliable, accurate and user-friendly pistol.

Yes is new.. The box info is as follow:

P226R, 9, FDE, SLITE, DA/SA
With a date of 20-JUN-2008

I got it to match my DPMS with flat earth furniture..

That is a factory color option.  I've seen quite a few, and think they look pretty cool in person!

I would sure like to find a pair of those FDE factory grips for my P226.  Sig won't sell them by themselves.

Where did you get it from? Top Gun had a few but they sold out fast. I have been looking for one. I dont care if it is .40 or 9mm they look awsome.

Mine's factory in that color

I added the Hoque Exteme grips in flat black for contrast

Thanks! The grips are aluminum, a tinge thinner with a more aggressive texture.

Enjoy your new 226!

Man that new 226 looks SWEEEET. I bought my 226 in 1989. I still have and use it. I would like to upgrade, but I like it too much.  Sentimental reasons I guess. It's all good as long as it works.

Forgot to ask. What information are you looking for on your 226?
