I gave up. Ordered a regular barrel from hkparts.net and sent it to tornado tech to get extended and threaded. It's around $160 and a 2-4 week turnaround.

I had been watching it, and it's being offered at a fairly decent price considering that new they were something like $469. Unfortunately, I'm paying bills right now.

Put in a notification email request at HK Parts. Picked mine up after waiting almost a year. Well worth it though if you want a orifinal HK barrel (P30L barrel)

Yup. In stock threaded barrels are essentially vaporware right now. Just gone everywhere.
