I got a p7 about two weeks ago, so I can say I am kind of new to p7's . Last night I was playing with the p7 and I saw an empty shell casing inside my shooting bag. Just for fun I loaded the empty case on the p7 magazine, pulled the slide back and released it and guess what: the p7 feeds empty shells.

If you look into the chamber with a loaded mag, safely of course, you will notice that the cartridge in the magazine is almost inline with the chamber. The HK engineers knew what they were doing...

Is your pistol a PSP or a M8? Maybe even a M13?

I had a friend of mine polish up my 1911's and he took a empty shell and tried it and polished it until it feed the shell..... my dan weeson actually feed it but my commander didnt.

Then he took my friends high dollar Colt Special Combat and it wouldnt feed the shell, he worked it until it did...

I got a pair of psp's. Both surplus. One is chromed and the other is blue. I still haven't learned how to post pictures here, otherwise i would post some nice pictures. I love the p7.
