I was at the winchester website looking at there PDX1 Line of handgun ammo and there 223rem 60gr load
They show a cut away of the ammo What is the insert that is under the bullet? Its a disk of some sort? both the handgun and the 223rem load have this according to there website on PDX1 They also have a video Another question ? Does the Ranger Bonded line have this round Disk/insert? I guess I could pull a bullet?? I dont want to. But I do have a box of ranger bonded 130 in 38+P |

I took a look at the drawing and, IMO, you are seeing the curve of the inside of the case, showing off air space between the powder charge and the base of the bullet. I was thinking that as well Then I saw the other calibers[:// Did you look at the 357sig and 357mag and the 223rem load? I do know that your advice is always GTG |
Okay looking a 3rd time at the blow up of PDX1 223rem load still looks like a disk because I can see the botoom of the bullet
Its under new products they show 410 ammo as well The picks of 9mm,40sw etc dont have the disk like under the bullets. but the 357sig and 357mag and 223rem do seem to have a disk. It could be just they way winchester took the pics?? I wish I could post the pics maybe I can get my Daughter to do it for me LOL |
