A buddy has a PT92AF that he is offering to me at a very reasonable price, according to what I've seen these sell for on Gunbroker.  This particular pistol he purchase in Germany (he's .mil), and it has German proof marks and no U.S. import stamping.  Does this add anything to the value?

Not sure of value. I've never seen one like that. Can you post pics?
