I was wanting to purchase a PX4 for recreational shooting. I was told by a few people, that once in a while the casings happen to come back and hit you in the head when firing the weapon. Is this true? It will be in a 9mm caliber.

I've owned two Px4s and have never experienced this. I doubt it's common, but I'd guess it'll go away after a few rounds.

I've put 600 rounds through my 9mm and it's ejected rounds consistently far right and slightly to the rear, about the 3:30 position. It's an awesome pistol by the way, hope you have fun with yours!

Doesn't happen with my PX4 type F 9mm. It DOES happen with my Glock 17.
