Anyone use one of these?

I have one that will carry a P239 (either large or med I think) - If you still want to try it I think I may be able to part with it for no where near retail price LOL PM me if interested.. YOu can deep carry with it.. BUT pagers (which mine broke) are so outdated these days and anything else carried in the front looks sorta odd, (except maybe a vertical cell phone).. I found it to be uncomfortable to wear while sitting and unless you wear baggy pants it will print.. Brian |

I can't remember the last time I saw a pager being worn. 11 or 12 years maybe. Thats not the point. You can substitute your own phone clip for the dummy pager. Pager Pals just suck. It is difficult to draw from, the are uncomfortable as hell and in my experience, they are bad for printing. |
| Thanks for the feedback guys! It looked kind of cheesy to me also. As for the pager, I would have replaced it with the cell phone or used the clip only. I have an MTac that I use whenever I can but I'm looking for a deep carry option. I'll look into the belly band. The super tuck makes me worry about the "shootmycockoff" scenario. |

Unless your guy parts are in a different place, I don't know how you could do that with a supertuck. Unless you carry at 12:00 with no cant?
I guess if you really have to go that deep, a mouse gun in the pocket might do the trick, if you don't mind the compromise of only having a smaller caliber with you. Better then the big gun that you left at home because you couldn't go deep enough with it. |
| Yes, I purchased a "Pager Pal" the year they first came out back in the mid-90s. I carried a Colt Cmdr in it. Not only did I find it uncomfortable, especially when sitting, but the pager broke off w/in 6 mo's of wear. I just noticed the other day someone has taken the same concept and is now using the cell phone instead of pager...duh. I suspect the same issues would be present. If you're looking for deep concealment like the pager pal claims to offer, I'd seriously look into the bellyband or a IWB tuckable holster if your dress code requires tucking in your shirt. For plain, cheap versatility, it's hard to beat the bellyband. |

Someone that I know worked for the owner of the company that manufactures the Pager-Pal. He/She caught him masturbating in his office multiple times and finally had to leave because he/she couldn't deal with it any more (so he/she says). We have a few of them around here and the only time he/she ever used his/hers was with his/hers bag they carried, and beyond that they are not very good for carry especially if you value a quick response time to the threat.
