Who has em in stock? I have looked all over my town and online. Any help for a Glock guy to try out one of your Kel-Tecs?

Hey, I found one just today here in Louisville. Well, now its home in my collection. It was $10 more than the blued one. I was happy to take it off their hands NIB for under $300. Nice little gun, will see how it holds up.

I came in the shop and they had just gotten them in. While I was there another guy came in and bought the blued one, said he had been looking all over for one. I was damn glad I scooped up the parkerized one before he got there.

Good luck with your search.

This is a good-news-bad-news thing.

One option is to buy a blued PF-9 like I did ... that's the only version I've ever found available in my area.  Then you could buy a parkerized slide direct from Kel-Tec for $85 + $8 shipping.

How do I know this?  Because I stupidly reached for the PERMANENT Loc-Tite when re-assemblying my blued unit's extractor screw.  No amount of heat or cold would later break the screw free, and the slide was suffering excessive ligt primer strikes (despite the earlier cleaning of the firing pin channel).

OK, that's the good news ... parked slides can be had for not excessive dollars IMHO.

However, after receiving my paarked slide, it CRACKED at the ejection port after only four rounds!  It's been returned to KT; looks like I'll be waiting for a month to get it back.

Oh, and what will I do with the original blued slide?  Well, I've drilled out the extractoor screw, and someday –– when money is available –– I expect I'll have that slide Robar-ed or some such.

Or.........buy the blued PF9 and get the slide park'd later on by one of the ARFCOM vendors.
