My roommate here has an interest in making an M9 styled after a GI 1911. How difficult would it be to parkerize an M9, is it even possible?
And does anyone have any experience with the Hogue wooden grips for them? (he wants checkered rosewood, obviously) How well do they fit? |

You can not park aluminum which is what the Beretta frame is made of. But you can coat or have it coated to match.
