A friend is looking at a 92F stainless steel that is approx 8 years old. Not fired much (350) rounds. What would one of these go for private sale?
Thanks.
My buddy contacted the owner of the Berretta about his asking price. He doesn't really want to sell it. He wants to trade it for an O/U 12 guage. WTF. He's living in a dream world if he thinks he's going to find someone around here that wants to trade a shotgun for a restricted weapon.

Well, a NIB SS Beretta goes for $559 on gunbroker.com.  Now, while guns are supposed to be an investment that appreciates with time, this isn't a collector type deal.  We're aiming at function.  So how much does a Beretta depreciate after 8 years?

Probably depends on you.  For me, if its really only 350 rounds, then I'd start as low as $450 aiming for an ideal price of $500.

That's just my opinion, and it may be on the high end (but I doubt it would be by much).

Ditto on the $450-500 range as long as it comes w/ hi-caps (but if in CAN ??).

Just paid 465+15s&h for a NIB 92fs Inox stainless.  Try looking at gunsamerica.com. I found it to be a good price check, and that's where I found my pistol.

The other part of the dreamworld he is in is the fact that it seems hard to find good O/U's start at anything below 1K.  I've seen those baikal O/U's for a little less (about 700 IIRC).  Hardly a fair trade considering the beretta is worth almost half that.

Well this guy isn't to tightly wrapped in the first place. I would imagine in a year or so someone will get a great deal on it.
