Ok. I have usually been a S&W guy myself for I have friends who work there who hook me up with steep discounts.
Buttt.... I am now venturing off into the Glocks. So I have been eyeing one down lately and heres what it is and what it comes with. Let me know if this is a fair deal. I think its pretty good on my part, Good shape Pre ban Glock 22 second generation ( No police duty on this gun) Night sights 3-10 round mags 3-15 round mags Hogue grip cover cleaning rod and brush Original case and Paper work extra slide release 3.5 # connector that is still brand new never installed And 5 boxes of Federal SW 40 All for $525 ( $450) with out the 3-15 round magazines. And please keep in mind that I live in the evil state of Assachusetts. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear good things about this deal. |

Aim has used Gen 3s for 389 with two mags. I would buy the Gen three with new mags and send it in to glock to have new night sights put on. It would cost about the same as what that guy is asking. He lives in Mass. And from what I understand (I may and am probably wrong) you have to be purchasing an approved Mass preban pistol? On one that is on a list? Am I right op? If so I can only guess this is probably a pretty good deal. I have seen other pistols advertised as Mass compliant that were 20% or more higher than you could get other places. The price on this one doesn't seem to be quite that high over other places. With my limited knowledge about your laws up there, I would venture to guess this is good deal. Go for it and be sure to post pictures when you get it. |

Ones at the shops around here range from 475-650 depending on what mags come with it and what generation it is. But it does have to be on the preban list. |

Unless the night sights were recently installed, there's no way they still work. First off, you can tell if night sights are still working just by looking at them. Second, night sights are illuminated by Tritium which has an approximate half life of 12 years. That means that in 12 years, they will be half as bright as when they were first manufactured. I installed night sights on my first Glock in 1997. They still work just fine, and appear to be at about 75 to 80% brightness of newer sights. |
