I'm trying to decide between the 2. A like new Kimber Pro CDP II or a SA Champion loaded with a melt. Champion is all stainless. I like both but need advice on which is the better. The Kimber is $1100 with a Done Hume holster and mag/cuff combo. 3 mags. The Champion is $750, trigger job, small parts replaced with EGW, met job. I've always wanted a Kimber but I like the Sprinfield also. Which will hold it's value better. Which would be more reliable if either.Both are claimed to be accurate and run well. Kimber has 100 rounds down it and does look brand new. Springfield looks very nice. It would be heavier. I like the fact that Kimber is 100% U.S. SA is Brazilian.
