I was looking at the Wilson mags.  The real question I have is, what are the correct mags to order for this weapon?  Any opinions on mags?  Thanks for any info!

I use the Wilson 47D and ETM 8-rounders w/pads. The only FTFs Iv had have been feeding this 45 Custom CDP II  "Blazer" (aluminum case) rounds and poor grip, both of which are being corrected .

I haven't tried em yet, but hear that McCormick (http://www.cmcmags.com/) mags are great too.

I've been using Kimpro Tac Mags for my Pro Carry II - Haven't had any problems with them whatsoever.

Wilson Combat- low profile baseplate if for carry, 'regular' baseplate for any other application.

I second CMC. I love them the mag is tight in the well, feeds great and much nicer than the stock Kimber mag's. I order straight from his website, fast delivery. Except for the 7 rd'ers that are back ordered. I've have both Wilson and CMC and like the CMC better, although both are great.

Don't the McCormicks have the split metal follower that isn't good for an aluminum frame?

I am using Tripps Research Cobra Mags exclusively.  100% reliable, tough and well designed.

47D's or the new ETM mags are what I use. the etm mags go in the mag well and lock in much easier. they were designed around 8 rds instead of 7. both work great. I use the etm mag as a reload because it has a wider base plate to grab,
