I found an Advert for a Colt 1911 System 27. What the hell is a system 27? Are they a clone of the colt 1911 and what are they worth? Ahh Never mind. Its an Argentine clone thats warn to hell and back, I dont think its worth whats hes asking for it. |

Depends on what he is asking. Technically the Colt Sistema Modulo 1927 is not a "clone" as they were built on Colt factory equipment. They are 100% compatible with a USGI 1991A1, although the checkering on a few parts is a bit different, and the hammer spur is very slightly different. Condition usually varies from around 80% to "dragged behind the wagon" |
