| Do all gen 4 glocks have the interchangeable backstraps and/or RTF? I'm thinking of another G19, but I want gen3 not gen4, and I'm looking for an easy way to differentiate. |

The generation 4 texturing is not RTF2 (the more sandpaper like texture) it is a new generation of texture but what it is referred to I do not know. I am however certain that RTF2 was limited to generation 3 weapons. Correct. Gen 1 = non-RTF Gen 2 = RTF1 Gen 3 = RTF1 and RTF2 Gen 4 = RTF3 RTF2 has been discontinued for civilian sales, but is still available as an option on Gen 3 Glocks for LE/Gov sales. |
