So no, it does not apply if you purchase from 2 different stores within the 5 day period. ...but keep in mind that the same inspectors work most of the gunstores in an area and that if they see your name on the log books of a couple of FFL's within a close time frame they will make note of it. In fact, at the present time they are making notes about anybody whose name appears "frequently" in an FFL's log book due to the mexico gunrunning shit. |
