Hi all,

CCW starts Jan 1, 2007 here in Nebraska.  Was thinking about the RAMI for carry.  Any one else carry the RAMI?  Would like to hear your thoughts.

Thanks!

I have a .40 caliber RAMI that I purchased expressly for concealed carry.  On the days I want something just a little smaller than my P-01, the RAMI gets the call.

They're great little guns. Cheap, reliable, easy to find and lots of parts available.

Not overly accurate, but you can't expect that from such a small gun.

I have a 9 MM Rami that I carry. It required a long break in period and a bit of tweaking before I could trust it. The major problem is weak mag springs resulting in bullet nose down jams on the bottom of the feed ramp. Ease the bottom radius of the ramp seems to work well. There are no extra power replacement springs available yet. Its perfered diet is a premium grade ammo or +P. Keep it extreme clean, polish the ramp and search hard for a JHP round that it likes.

All things said it is a good bug for the buck. It will use any baby Glock holster. It concels very well IWB even when wearing a wife beater t shirt.
