I just got my first 1911, and would like to know what nite sights I can put on it.

Mine (picked up last thurs) is cut for novak sights. There is a guy on EE selling some used trijicon sights for 55. Granted im low budget right now. Otherwise I'd go with a new set of meprolights.

I think Colt has its own sight cut.
If the Tactical uses a Novak sight cut you will need to find one listed Novak.

I was thinking of going with trijicon or meprolights. Northpolar if you could get some pics that would be great.
