I have one and it worked just fine on my USP Tactial.
I really like the Surefire unit but it's 4x the price.

GG&G makes a nice one that I have on my USP 40c.  Rock solid.

I have two, one for the USP and one for the USPC.  I have no complaints about them at all.  Rock solid but do use a touch of blue Lock-Tite on the threads.  They do not seem to be as streamline as the GG&G but they are also only 1/3 the cost and do work very well.

I'm not familiar with the particular rail you're looking at.  I have the Surefire rail (Part # MR09) on my fullsize USP 45.  I lucked up and was able to buy it for $40 new.  I've also found the GG&G rail online for around the same price (http://www.botac.com/ggm3adforhku.html).  From what I can tell in the picture I'd say the Surefire and GG&G rails are a bit more streamlined than the one you're looking at.  Without a light attached my gun will still fit in my Bianchi Accu-Mold holster.  It was a little snug at first, but now it goes in and out with no problem.  I can also tell you that the Surefire and GG&G rails come further back along the bottom of the dust cover and fit snugly up against the trigger guard.  It appears this one does not.  The drama I'm having is finding a kydex holster that can fit my pistol with the rail and light attached (Surefire X200) and what I've found for sure after making a lot of phone calls is that Blade-Tech offers a tactical thigh holster for the GG&G rail and a belt holster for the Surefire rail, but no mention of any other rails anywhere I've looked so far.   This may be an issue you want to consider before buying one.

It works ok. My M3 light is a little loose on it though, so I added a small piece of wadded up tape to the rail and that tightened it up.

I believe that GG&G makes the one for Surefire
