Is that an Allen bag? I have one that I picked up from Walmart about 7-8 years ago. Came with two pistol rugs, irrc. Mine has made many range trips with me, and is still going dtrong.

Yea it is, and thats where I got mine too. Then I sweet talked my wife into adding the patches.

After a few stiches she quit sewing and decided to try something else and ended up using  Gorilla Glue. Just a little smeared around then clamped between two small pieces of scrap wood. Crafty
