[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Repair work time?

I sent my g19 to glock for a frame upgrade and steel sights installed. It was delivered two weeks ago. So far I haven't heard anything from them. I called them last week and they said wait for a phone call. How long does this usually take?

My slide refinish took about a month. No phone call. just showed up one day on the fed ex truck.

My G42 frame replacement took two weeks. FedEx guy showed up one day without email from Glock so beware of this

Wow, you would think they might give you a heads up prior to shipping. I guess I'll probably see the payment charge on my credit card though prior to them sending it back.
