I just replaced the springs in an old Colt Clone (Interarms SilverCup with Remington Rand Slide)  and I could not believe the difference. The trigger pull went from clunky to smooth and about 3-4 lbs. The slide is way more positive as well as the hammer. I thought it would make a little bit of difference but I was happily surprised when it worked out as good as it did. I kind of want to compare the trigger to my TRP. While not all the way there it is close.
Kind of a hint to anyone having any issues with their 1911. If it doesnt flow like it used to call Wolff and and get the springs replaced for about $21 shipped. Think I may order another set just to have on hand.
It was a service kit that I ordered and it had all the springs for the entire gun. Sear, plunger, mag catch, recoil, main, firing pin, and a block spring which I didnt need.

Gunny, I have been using Wolff springs for 20 + years. Good choice...another tip, get some camshaft assembly lube from AZ or Advance for your rails...just like butter
