Sounds like you're trying to sell some mags over the web and wanna protect yourself. Good idea. Well, if nobody can provide you with a link, use the "state" info below. You'll notice that the list gets longer as the round count goes up. The problem is that some jurisdictions within a high-cap mag state can have their own high-cap mag ban. For example, in Colorado where I live, any high-cap mags are fine, but they are banned in Denver city and county. Though I have a feeling that this stipulation in some states will only apply to the state capital, but it best to check into it yourself.

20-round mags cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada

30-round mags cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada.

40-round "plus" mags cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Washington, Massachusetts, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada.

If they are "preban" they're good to go in NY and Mass.  NY still has the same version of the Federal AWB, so be careful about post post ban AR's.  In NY if you're not an LEO or a resident with a pistol liscense, don't bring a handgun into the state, unless passing through with no stops.  Mass law is diffrent in that it requires permits for both HG's and LG's, but an out of state resident can get one.  NY has no out of state permits for HG's.  LG's are not regulated in NY.
